My Story
I bring over 15 years of experience as a trusted business advisor to CEOs, Boards, C-Suite executives, and next-gen leaders across industries and global landscapes. I’ve always been drawn to supporting mission-driven leaders, from entrepreneurs to corporate executives, in embracing transformation and personal transitions with confidence.
I first discovered coaching while working as a talent advisor to start-ups and scale-ups, where I developed hiring strategies and mentored teams. Over time, I realized that giving advice alone rarely translated into meaningful behavioral change. Coaching, however, unlocked new awareness, fresh perspectives, and sustainable growth, for both leaders and their organizations. That realization cemented my path into leadership coaching, a practice that continues to give me deep fulfillment and a sense of self-actualization.
