Approach

We partner with leaders and teams ready to evolve, those committed to real transformation, not just performance improvement. Whether you’re navigating complexity, driving AI transformation, or building healthier team dynamics, my coaching helps you lead with clarity, courage, and connection.

Each assessment we use is not just “validated” on paper, they are transformational in practice:

  • Anchored in decades of research

  • Designed for real-world leadership contexts

  • Used globally by leading organizations

  • And, most importantly, deeply human

At Ingenium, we primarily use Hogan and MyWorldView for individual coaching, alongside a range of powerful diagnostics for systemic team coaching. These tools help us build a multi-dimensional map for growth, one that weaves together skills, experience, personality, leadership style, and perspective.

As we gain in seniority, the balance shifts, from acquiring skills to expanding how we think, relate, and lead in complexity. That’s why we start every coaching engagement by building a clear map so we can say, “You are here.”

Knowing where you stand, how you lead under pressure, where you hold back, what hidden patterns may be limiting you is essential to our coaching journey. Our work isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about expanding what’s possible, and seeing how your growth connects to the broader system around you.

Psychometric Assessment. Best in class. Validated.

As a certified Hogan practitioner, I use this well-established personality assessment to help leaders evaluate their strengths and challenges. dig deeper into their personality, offering insights that predict how they lead under pressure, manage relationships, navigate conflict, build trust and make decisions.

Why it matters? In times of pressure and change, self-awareness is a leadership superpower.

Vertical Development. Future Fit. Transformational.

As a certified MyWorldView practitioner, I use this assessment to help leaders expand how they see, make sense of, and respond to complexity. While horizontal development builds skills and knowledge, vertical development grows your internal capacity: your ability to think systemically, hold paradoxes, and lead in ambiguity. Think of it like upgrading your leadership operating system, not just adding new apps, but evolving the OS itself.

Why it matters: More tools and training won’t help if your perspective stays the same. Vertical development shifts how you see problems, relate to people, and lead through uncertainty, with clarity, creativity, and impact.

Systemic Team Coaching. Stakeholder Alignment. Relational.

I use Systemic Team Coaching (STC) to help teams move beyond individual excellence into true collective leadership. This approach looks not just at who’s in the team, but how they relate and how they engage with the wider system they serve.

At the start of this process is the Team Connect 360 assessment, a powerful diagnostic that reveals how the team is experienced by its stakeholders. It uncovers blind spots, trust gaps, and relational dynamics that often sit beneath the surface but hold the key to breakthrough performance.

We begin by listening deeply. Through 1:1 conversations and 360 feedback, we build a picture of the team’s current reality, relationships, and aspirations. From there, we co-create a tailored coaching agenda, engage in real-time team observation, and support the team in developing new patterns of collaboration, reflection, and shared accountability.

Why it matters:

Success today isn’t about individual performance, it’s about interdependence. Complex challenges require teams that don’t just work side by side, but learn from each other, think together, and co-create value. STC helps build conscious, connected teams that evolve as one system, capable of real-time reflection, adaptive thinking, and meaningful collaboration across boundaries.
