Why coaching?
Leaders don’t fail for lack of strategy.
They stall when their relationships and self-awareness can’t carry the weight of the strategy.
Most leaders believe they are self-aware, but the data tells a different story. Research by organizational psychologist Dr. Tasha Eurich found that while 95% of people think they’re self-aware, only 10–15% actually are. This blind spot has profound consequences: without deep self- and system-awareness, leaders miss cues, erode trust, and struggle to adapt in moments of change.
The corporate world has proven this too. Google’s Project Oxygen, a decade-long study of its best managers, found that the most effective leaders weren’t those with the strongest technical skills, but those who excelled at coaching, communication, and emotional intelligence.
That’s where coaching becomes essential. I create the reflective, safe, non-judgmental space leaders rarely get: a safe place to uncover blind spots, strengthen critical relationships with clients, teams, boards, and investors, and build the capacity to lead with clarity, influence, and resilience in times of uncertainty.
